Maria and Justin. Elegant and Charming. Sweet and Caring.
A long distance love story.
Prior to their marriage, Justin worked in Coquitlam and Maria worked on Vancouver Island. After a period of waiting, they finally have the opportunity to spend life together after their wedding day. They were definitely excited and thankful to be able to be together, no longer separated by the distance.
This was the first time I shot a wedding in Chilliwack, and it was refreshing to have a different venue. For our photo session, we went to the Yarrow train tracks, which was a treacherous hike for everyone, especially the girls! One of the groomsmen commented that this wasn't the typical Chilliwack barn wedding (it does seem that there are many Chilliwack barn weddings) because there was so much dangerous walking. In fact, I almost fell through the cracks on the bridge! But, it was worth it to get the shots.
